Qualifications

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily living support.
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Require valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or post-surgery clients.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility to appointments and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and mobility.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients on errands.
• Report any incidents and respond quickly in emergencies.

Skills
