Senior Helpers in Tri-Cities, WA is seeking compassionate CNA and HCA caregivers for weekend shifts. As an in-home care provider, you will support seniors with daily living activities, companionship, and health monitoring in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current CNA or HCA certification.
• Minimum 6 months experience with seniors or disabled individuals.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Excellent communication and compassionate attitude.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Willingness to attend training and pursue further education.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily living activities including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare team.
• Report changes to the supervisor and maintain accurate records of care.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
