Four Seasons - the Care You Trust is seeking weekend caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Henderson and Buncombe counties. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours with assignments near your location.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transportation under the supervision of a registered nurse. A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and/or home management tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist with ADLs including ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, and grooming; feeding; toileting and incontinence care.
• Perform housekeeping and meal preparation; ensure safe transportation when needed.
• Maintain client area safety and cleanliness; communicate changes to RN; document care.
• Practice infection control and universal precautions; maintain PHI confidentiality.
