Care to Stay Home is actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base in the northern Idaho area. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home.

Join a team that offers a flexible schedule, long‑term client matching, and strong benefits. If you don’t have a Home Care Aide or CNA license, we will provide training to become a licensed HCA at no cost.

Qualifications

• A caring, dependable person with reliable transportation who shows up and follows through.
• Experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors—but we will train the right heart.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity.
• Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship.
• Provide hands‑on personal care with respect and compassion.
• Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration.
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition.
