Job summary

Mercy Health in Kings Mills, OH is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist 2 for weekend coverage. The role performs two imaging modality procedures (XR, CT, MRI) and supports licensed practitioners with quality imaging and safety.

The incumbent must maintain patient history, apply radiation safety principles, and participate in on-call scheduling. ARRT or RDMS/CNMT certification required; experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from ARRT accredited program or approved Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound program (preferred).
• Certification and registration with ARRT or RDMS or CNMT (required).
• Competence in two modalities within 12 months of hire and obtain further certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties for any two imaging modalities (XR, CT, MRI).
• Operates equipment and adheres to approved protocols.
• Obtains patient history and lab work for licensed practitioner use.
• Implements radiation safety and patient protection.
• Verifies patient identity and procedure requests.
• Administers medications/contrast as prescribed when required.
• Schedule and participate in on-call rotations.
