Job summary

ILSC Education Group is seeking dependable IELTS Invigilators for the ELS Minneapolis IELTS Testing Centre in Minneapolis, MN. Shifts include weekends, with sessions held two weekends per month.

You will ensure secure, smooth testing processes and assist with check-in, ID verification, and room setup. The role requires a professional, detail-oriented approach, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced testing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up test rooms and equipment as required.
• Check in/out test takers' belongings.
• Administer and invigilate IELTS tests.
• Monitor testing sessions and ensure security and confidentiality.
• Assist with test day logistics and cleanup.
