Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Night Shift ICU Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care within the unit’s scope. You will follow hospital policies, document patient responses, and contribute to care planning.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, coordinating plan of care, teaching patients and families, and supervising ancillary staff to ensure safe, effective care during 7:00pm–7:00am shifts. On-site, full-time role with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• State of Michigan RN license is required.
• ACLS or PALS/TNCC/NRP credentials meet role requirements with stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient, document response to plan of care and take corrective action.
• Plan and implement care and provide patient teaching using established standards.
• Oversee ancillary personnel for technical tasks to support care delivery.
