24 Hour is a locally trusted home services provider built on integrity, craftsmanship, and a team-first culture. We’re expanding our weekend coverage and hiring Weekend HVAC Installers to support increased demand while offering installers a schedule that promotes both career growth and work-life balance.

This role features a 4-day work week: Friday–Monday, with Tuesday–Thursday consistently free, plus a competitive pay structure and opportunities for ongoing training and growth in HVAC

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred.
Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC trade.
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment.
Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians.
Pre-stage tools, parts, and materials for job-site readiness.
Help measure, prepare, and execute installations efficiently.
Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
