Job summary

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Professional to maintain a clean and welcoming guest environment. You will perform cleaning, stock rooms, and ensure standards are met, contributing to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Weekend availability is required. Candidates should manage time efficiently, work well unsupervised, and uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Reliable and physically able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Perform regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs, promptly reporting them.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all surfaces, floors, furniture, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor and report any damage or loss of hotel property, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly maintained.
