KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one patient care in the home, focusing on IV therapies and clinical support. This weekend position offers flexibility and the chance to build lasting relationships with patients.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and educate patients according to the prescriber’s plan. RN license in good standing required; travel and patient care at home.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in good standing.
• Home infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescribed plan.
• Administer home infusion therapies safely in the patient’s home.
