Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Bakerstown, Pennsylvania. The role serves patients in Gibsonia and surrounding areas with 16 hours per week and an 8-hour shift as staff.

The annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, with a $5,000 bonus included and comprehensive rewards. A PT license and degree plus one year healthcare experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state you will work in.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Ability to self-manage your time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
