Responsibilities

• Assist with exercises and medication reminders.

• Perform light housekeeping and document care activities.
• Report changes in clients' condition promptly.
• Follow care plans and maintain confidentiality and safety.
• Use blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes as needed.
