$1,000 New Hire Milestone Bonus

Eligible caregivers who start on or after June 22, 2026, may qualify for a $1,000 new hire milestone bonus.

The bonus is paid in eight installments, with the full $1,000 earned after completing 1,000 hours of work from the start date.

• Caregivers must remain actively employed.
• Hours must be recorded through electronic visit verification (EVV) to count toward bonus milestones.
• All milestones must be completed within 18 months of the start date.
• Transfers from organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are ineligible.
• Former employees must have been separated from the company for at least one year to qualify.
