Job summary

Sand Valley LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Greenskeeper to support daily care and presentation of the golf courses and surrounding grounds. Working with the Agronomy team, you will operate equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas to meet our guests' high standards.

This part-time seasonal role covers Friday through Sunday with 4–5 hour shifts. You will perform maintenance tasks, assist with course setup, and help with drainage and grounds projects while

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old on start date.
• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate golf course equipment safely.
• Positive attitude with a professional approach around guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily golf course maintenance tasks across greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and grounds.
• Assist with course setup to prepare playing conditions.
• Operate and maintain equipment Safely.
• Support turf care tasks: mowing, hand watering, repairing ball marks, filling divots, laying sod, raking bunkers.
• Assist with drainage work and course projects.
• Help maintain maintenance facility and equipment areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Agronomy leadership.
