Responsibilities

• Staff the community gatehouse and monitor incoming and outgoing traffic.

• Monitor and report suspicious or unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents.
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures.
