Job summary

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a warm, organized Part-Time Receptionist for Saturdays in the Sales Department. You will greet visitors, route calls, and support dealership operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role offers weekend stability with potential to add hours during the week and contribute to a positive customer experience in a modern automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Weekend availability is required
• Must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test)

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and determine needs
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and transfer incoming calls or take messages
• Communicate with customers courteously and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, inviting front desk and coffee bar area
• Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support
• Follow receptionist processes to maintain a polished presence
