Job summary

Haydon-Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for a weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM) in Grand Prairie, TX. You will safely receive goods, inventory items, stage materials with a forklift, verify delivery bills, and ensure accurate labels and paperwork before shipments.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging, quality checks, and maintaining a 5S workspace. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years forklift experience, and good data-entry skills;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience in shipping/receiving environment.
• Strong data-entry and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments of coils, strut, pallets, and more.
• Weigh, mark, and store coils properly and stage materials using a forklift.
• Verify delivery bills and product received; ensure labels and paperwork are accurate.
• Perform quality checks and audits prior to shipping to customers.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments with proper documentation and freight classification.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and safety in the working area.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed; support continuous improvement initiatives.
