Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a High-Lift Operator to lift and stack merchandise in our distribution center. The role requires operating forklifts and related equipment, with heavy emphasis on handling full cases and maintaining accurate flow of goods.

Experience in a distribution center is useful, and flexibility for overtime and cross-department assignments is valued. Safety training and physical stamina are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center environment is useful.
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments across departments, brands, locations, and required overtime.
• Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary; sitting for extended periods may not be possible.
• Ability to successfully complete power equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Lift and stack merchandise on and off conveyor lines, semi-trailers, pallets, storage containers and racks.
• Operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors and other powered equipment for at least 80% of working hours.
• Maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners and other equipment needed to perform job duties.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules and reporting.
