Manpower Group (USA) is hiring Experienced Equipment Operators for Cherry Picker and Reach Truck roles in Chambersburg, PA. Join a fast-paced distribution center supporting beauty and cosmetics, with forklift operations and RF scanning.

Shift pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with overtime opportunities. Candidates must be 18+, have experience operating cherry picker and reach trucks (certification preferred), stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and be safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck; certification preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend and move during 8–10 hour shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately.
• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
