• Duties include assisting with minimal food prep, food service, and handling of meals.
• Must follow proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies to prevent waste and ensure quality.
• Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans; remove broken/damaged items.
• Transport and store dishes, utensils, and cookware to meet meal prep and service schedules.
• Clean and sanitize the dish machine and dish room; maintain a clean work area.
