Job summary

The Facility Technician will perform routine cleaning and maintenance of areas including bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, ground keeping, offices, production floor, warehouses, and yard maintenance. The role is on-site and weekends, requiring attention to cleanliness and safety.

This position expects a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience, with a possible valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 6 months of related housekeeping experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping floors and corridors to maintain cleanliness.
• Determine chemicals and equipment for tasks.
• Provide MSDS for new chemicals to EH&S.
• Set up and tear down for internal events.
• Maintain and service housekeeping equipment.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
