Job summary

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Appointment Generators to represent our brand at community events. This customer-facing role focuses on sales, customer service, and lead generation, helping homeowners learn about our products and scheduling appointments for the Sales team.

Shifts mainly on weekends at home shows and local events. Training is provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Weekend availability required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners at events.
