Job summary

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Appointment Generators to represent our brand at community events. This role focuses on sales, customer service, and lead generation, helping homeowners learn about our products and schedule appointments for our Sales team.

The position is primarily weekend-based, with shifts at home shows, festivals, and other events. Training is provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support, with weekly pay and uncapped

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Weekend availability is required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners at events.
Deliver excellent customer service through friendly, professional conversations.
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Share information about our products and services.
