Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a part-time Housekeeper in the Town of Florida, NY. The role involves performing cleaning and maintenance duties across indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring sanitation and safety, and reporting to the Supervisor.

The schedule includes Friday 3pm-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm, with pay at $16.00 per hour. The candidate should be reliable, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, restrooms upkeep.
• Inform Supervisor of supplies needed and report discrepancies.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment; maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Complete daily work orders and maintain sanitation levels in assigned areas.
