Bozzuto is seeking a Weekend Evening Concierge in Miami to welcome residents and prospects, creating stellar first impressions and building lasting relationships. You will handle front desk duties, respond to inquiries and help ensure a welcoming community.

Key responsibilities include event planning, coordinating with residents, fostering brand loyalty, managing packages, and supporting weekend or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eye for detail and anticipating customer needs.
• Customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Weekend Evening Concierge, you’re the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership and pride in creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. Your natural ability to strike up a conversation and make people feel “at home” is what enables you to excel. You enjoy personalizing every interaction. That’s why you know the names and favorite things of all of your customers (including the four‑legged ones).

As a Weekend Evening Concierge (Sat‑Sun, 3‑11p), your primary responsibilities include:

What You Bring to Us:

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment

• A customer‑focused mentality
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range

$18,133—$18,133 USD
