Job summary

Dimensions Living Green Bay is seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in our senior living community. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and safety, while fostering comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents, using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and behavior, and report any changes or concerns to nursing or leadership staff.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
• Encourage resident participation in social and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Work alongside nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay current on care practices and community updates.
