Job summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Buckhead is seeking a dynamic Esthetician for a part-time role, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and educating guests on services.

You'll perform CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments, tailoring sessions to individual needs while upholding Icebox's service standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Esthetician required.
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong ownership.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Evening and weekend availability; closed on major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations for skin and body treatments.
• Perform advanced skincare treatments, such as CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer expert advice on skincare regimens and lifestyle modifications to maintain results.
• Utilize equipment and technologies effectively, adhering to established Icebox safety guidelines.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance.
• Collaborate with the Home Office Head Esthetician and Trainer to develop and R&D new products/protocols.
• Conduct post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans and progress.
• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
• Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment.
• Assist Wellness Coordinators on daily studio activity when not with clients.

This position is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional experience through results-driven skin.

• Utilize equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established Icebox protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a practicing licensed esthetician
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Self-starter and passion for learning
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to lift 50 lbs
• Evening and weekend availability, we are closed on all major holidays.
