Grandview Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on a full-time weekend day schedule (7am-7pm). This role centers on patient-centered ED care, coordinating with the care team, and delivering treatments per physician orders.

Requires RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage medications, monitor patients, and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting is required.
• RN - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Provides patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
