Job summary

Alpine Springs is hiring Weekend Drivers to provide transportation for clients in a per-diem role. The position emphasizes weekend availability with a special incentive pay structure to cover Saturday 7AM to Monday 7AM client pick-ups.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum 3-year safe driving record. CPR/First Aid and Narcan certification are preferred but training will be provided.

Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment is a drug and alcohol treatment center located in Greenville (Withdrawal Management) and Linesville (Clinically Managed Residential), PA that offers individualized treatment using evidence-based practices to those struggling with addiction to leave our facility with the coping skills and knowledge to live a better, healthier lifestyle. To meet the needs of our clients, our treatment facility is open 24/7.

Position’s Scope

The Driver position provides transportation for Alpine Springs clients.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients and/or material belongings in company vehicle.
• Ensure clients confidentiality at all times.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Competencies

• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to function a GPS.
• Ability to communicate via cell phone with admissions coordinator.
• Ability to work flexible hours; facility is open 24/7.

Job Type

Per-Diem position (casual, as needed).

Pay

Starting regular base pay is $13/per hour PLUS hourly incentive of $20/hr added to the regular base pay for any client pick-up trips scheduled on the weekends between Saturday 7AM to Monday 7AM; must complete any client pick-ups on the weekends between Sat 7AM to Mon 7AM to qualify for the $20 extra per hour incentive.

Work Schedule and Hours

• This job type is casual, as needed (Per-Diem).
• The facility is open 24/7, this job is needed primarily on the weekends (as scheduled) but must be flexible as most of the scheduled driving occurs Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm.
• Occasional trips to NY or OH.

• Proficient Computer Skills
• CPR/First Aid and Narcan certification (preferred but will train).
• Flexibility (facility is open 24/7)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
