Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is hiring a Weekend Manager, LPN or RN to oversee nursing center operations from Friday 5 PM through Monday 7 AM. The role combines leadership with hands-on patient care and ensures high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with company standards.

Eligible candidates include LPNs or RNs with relevant nursing education and current state licensure, plus BLS/CPR certification. Competitive weekend pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience.
• Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN, 2 years nursing experience. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

• Visible leadership position responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

• Mentor, educate, coach and discipline nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff.
