Job summary

Access Services in Coopersburg, PA is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals for our Group Home Program to work Fridays and Saturdays, 16 hours/week. The role provides hands-on care and community engagement to individuals with IDD, supporting ISP outcomes and daily living activities.

Base pay starts at $17.50/hour with differential rates on certain shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), at least one year of direct care experience, and a valid US driver's

Qualifications

• Background checks, physical exam, and driving clearances required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care including grooming, health care, and daily living tasks.
• Communicate in writing medical concerns and progress for residents.
• Promote outside activities and community contact for residents.
• Perform household duties and assist with ISP outcomes.
• Familiarize with residents' backgrounds and engage with families when possible.
