Job summary

You will load/unload rolls, troubleshoot jams, and maintain equipment in a fast-paced printing environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and experience with digital press operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and visual quality inspection skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds with team lift or equipment.
• Forklift/rider certification is a plus.
• Prior experience with digital press operations and understanding of press/finisher operations.
• Knowledge of roll building, FIFO, and job ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate web press and attached finishing units per roll build rules.
• Load and unload rolls; rethread press after jams.
• Replace ink barrels, wipe cassettes, clean printheads.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and track supply usage.
• Execute scheduled PM tasks and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Operate perforation units, slitter, and Videk scanner as needed.
• Report defects or material issues and ensure ticket compliance.
