Job summary

Pizza Inn in Jonesboro is seeking a delivery driver to bring freshly prepared menu items to guests' homes or offices. You will assist with phone orders, handle payments, and help in the kitchen as needed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and be able to work weekends and some nights. The role involves routes within the restaurant location and non-exempt status.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill cut & pack and cook job descriptions as needed.
• Deliver finished menu items to guests’ homes or offices.
• Accept payment for food upon delivery.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain pace with incoming delivery orders and know the menu items.
• Assist in answering phones, taking orders, and kitchen duties as needed.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists and report to management.
• Assist in other restaurant areas when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to fulfill job descriptions of cut & pack and cook.
• Delivers finished menu items to guest’s home or office.
• Accepts payment for food upon delivery.
• Keeps car clean and in good working condition.
• Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders.
• Knows menu and able to describe items.
• Assists in answering phone, taking orders, and kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and trash disposal.
• Assists in making pizza sauce and folding boxes.
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND SOME NIGHTS
