Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license (eNLC).
• BLS certification required at hire or within 30 days.
• Effective communication in English.
• Core competencies demonstrated within 90 days; unit competencies within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patients and develop the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
