Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the weekend 3rd shift at our Fargo, ND location. You will supervise labor and equipment, ensure timely and accurate orders, and train staff to uphold safety and process standards.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, and distribution, optimizing layout, and maintaining WMS-based inventory accuracy. A background in high-volume warehouses and SAP/WMS systems is required, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• 3–5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware.
• Manage labor resources and assign shifts to meet demand and deadlines.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and forklift operators.
• Implement efficient warehouse layout and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate discrepancies.
