Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CT Technologist to support weekend coverage in Radiology. The role focuses on performing CT imaging with precision, patient positioning, and adherence to safety standards.

The technologist will document studies, assist physicians, and maintain high-quality images while ensuring efficient workflow and on-site coverage at main facility and related locations.

Qualifications

• CT technologist responsible for conducting CT imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Must maintain patient safety and adhere to department policies.
• On-call readiness and ability to respond within 30 minutes.
• Licensure and certification requirements include ARRT CT and MRT eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans and fluoroscopy under Radiologist supervision.
• Ensures proper positioning and patient safety during procedures.
• Completes documentation for each study and maintains PACS workflow.
• Assists physicians and radiologists during imaging procedures.
• Maintains scanner knowledge and image quality across protocols.
• Mentors new staff and provides patient explanations as needed.
