Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams under radiologist supervision. This weekend package role offers per diem scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality radiology service.

Requirements include an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program, active registry, and state licensure, with CT credential preferred. Previous CT experience and BLS are valued for patient safety and care excellence.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) preferred.
• Maintains active registry status.
• Maintains current state Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography exams and procedures under the medical direction of the radiologist.
• Operate CT equipment with technical accuracy and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to radiology protocols and document procedures accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize imaging results.
