Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services, partnered with a well-established company in Garrett, IN, is seeking Production Employees to inspect and package automotive products. The role requires following process sheets, inspecting parts, and reporting quality issues.

We are looking for reliable workers able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for 10 hours, and work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Training provided and safety protocols required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
• Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are followed and job rotation occurs.
• Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job.
• Record and maintain packaging rates, reporting any scrap.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and less than 25 pounds frequently.
• Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and pick items up
