Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to ensure smooth daily operations and a memorable dining experience for guests at our Luxury Lifestyle brand hotels. As a bartender, you will craft cocktails, serve beverages, take food orders, and provide attentive service to guests in a fast-paced bar or lounge setting.

You will greet customers, handle requests, manage POS orders, and assist with inventory while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers certification or card required.
• At least 1 year of serving experience.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare craft cocktails, beer and wine for bar patrons.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle guest requests.
• Operate POS system and clear tables.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables and ensure presentation meets brand standards.
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and maintain clean front-of-house areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and bar storage.
• Work fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team for smooth front-of-house operations.
