Southern Healthcare Management is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Weekend Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate nursing care and supervise clinical staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Florida RN licensure is required; 1–3 years of supervisory experience is preferred. You will work with a collaborative team in a clean, supportive environment that values growth and excellent patient care.

Qualifications for an RN Weekend Coordinator:

• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of Florida required.

Qualifications

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Valid State license One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises nursing staff and others with appropriate supervisory training in accordance with scope of practice as defined by the state.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTMay be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/24 basis. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. OTHER REQUIREMENTSAdheres to and oversees communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
