Job summary

Jacksonville Nursing & Rehab Center in Jacksonville is seeking an RN Weekend Coordinator to oversee nursing care coordination and support residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Join our leadership-driven team that values growth, teamwork and a clean, efficient workplace. This role requires Florida RN licensure and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with opportunities to advance as you partner with DON and HR on staffing and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN licensure is required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of nursing care and services provided to residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
