Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a Weekend Coordinator RN to lead a dedicated care team and elevate patient outcomes. This role focuses on coordinating nursing services for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, Friday through Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
