Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Weekend Concierge to welcome residents and guests, support the sales and leasing process, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours and schedules, and help highlight the community’s lifestyle and amenities to prospective residents.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front-desk or concierge setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage residents and guests professionally.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate with multiple team members.

Responsibilities

  • Greets prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they wait.
  • Answers phone calls, routes inquiries to the appropriate team member, and backs up service requests.
  • Maintains guest suite and coordinates loading dock/elevator moves for move-ins/move-outs.
  • Ensures amenities are tour-ready before leasing office opens each morning.
  • Manages package deliveries by logging arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  • Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services.
  • Assists community team with scheduling, planning and resident activities.
  • Keeps local area info up-to-date and maintains relationships with concierge vendors.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Weekend Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective residents, creating a welcoming and exceptional experience within the community. This role supports the lifestyle coordinator, resident activities, and engagement programs while acting as a trusted resource for information and assistance. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant(s), the Weekend Concierge plays an important role in supporting the sales and leasing process by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with prospect tours, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless move‑in experience for new residents. The Weekend Concierge also supports weekend marketing and outreach initiatives, helping to showcase the community's lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience. Through proactive resident interaction, attention to detail, and strong administrative support, this role contributes to the community's occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while fostering a positive and engaging living environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move‑ins and move‑outs.
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
  • Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
