The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility located in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a Concierge to be the facility representative and promote exemplary service from admission to transfer or discharge.

Ideal candidates will be high school graduates with strong reading/writing ability, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to build rapport with residents, families, representatives and staff.

The concierge is the facility representative, providing services to all residents and their families and who can promote exemplary customer service experience to each resident and his/her family/representative, from the point of admission to the point of transfer/discharge.
