Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 Background Screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain it.
• Must have reliable vehicle and car insurance.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while encouraging independence.
• Assisting with personal hygiene.
• Preparing meals and snacks.
• Teaching and reinforcing appropriate behaviors and life skills.
• Providing supervision, companionship, and a safe, supportive environment.
