Job summary

ccmcnet seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the welcoming appearance of our Seattle community facilities. The role includes routine and deep cleaning with a weekend schedule (8am–4pm), requiring reliable attendance.

You will operate cleaning equipment safely, restock supplies, and collaborate with teammates while delivering courteous service to residents and guests. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of community facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces, ensuring consistent adherence to cleanliness standards
• Maintain organization and sanitation of assigned areas, identifying and addressing cleaning needs proactively
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents in accordance with safety guidelines
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance or repair needs to leadership
• Work collaboratively with team members while also managing assigned tasks independently
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, guests, and team members
• Maintain flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as needed
