Job summary

Hubner Manufacturing in Dunlap, TN is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate multiple machine tools. You will read blueprints, measure with micrometers and calipers, and ensure parts meet specifications while minimizing scrap.

This on-site, 36-hour week pays you for 40 and uses ERP data entry for production tracking. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and a CNC certificate preferred, with proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; CNC Certificate preferred.
Ability to read detailed blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency with metric and standard measurement systems.
Must be able to perform QC on own work.
Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, drill presses, lathes, routers, and similar machines.
Machine parts and compare to templates for accuracy.
Read and interpret detailed blueprints and drawings.
Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precise measurements.
Maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
Meet company standard times and productivity goals.
Fulfill output requirements while minimizing scrap.
