Job summary

Owenton Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to join our warm, family-oriented team in Kentucky. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with nurses on care plans.

We offer quarterly raises, a tuition reimbursement program, a 401K plan, DailyPay, and a supportive environment that values growth, recognition, and teamwork. Weekend shifts with premium pay are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs, assist with lifting and transferring residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
