Job summary

Fairmount Homes, Inc. in Ephrata, PA, is seeking compassionate CNAs for our Weekend Program Team. Two 12-hour weekend night shifts (6:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m., Sat/Sun) with potential additional night shifts during the week.

Must work 48 of 52 weekends per year and provide person-centered care to residents in our Skilled Nursing neighborhood. As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, document vital signs, report changes promptly, and help maintain a clean, dignified appearance while

Qualifications

• CNA certification in PA required, or actively enrolled in CNA training.
• Demonstrated compassion and respect when serving older adults.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; patient-centered care mentality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, ambulation, personal care).
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to the charge nurse.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, calorie counts, and other observations.
• Maintain resident dignity with a clean, comfortable appearance.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
