SYNERGY HomeCare Of Palm Bay in Indian Harbour Beach, FL, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend long shifts. You will provide compassionate patient care, assist with daily living activities, and document care in patient records.

This role requires Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse and a commitment to ongoing training and patient safety. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are important.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with valid CNA certification.
• Level 2 background screening required by Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Willing to work weekend long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist patients with medical procedures, such as vital sign monitoring and injections
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
